Description

STELLAR Vibratory Fluid Bed Dryer has an aerodynamically designed plenum chamber with controlled velocity of air at all points. Double claded insulation provides improved thermal efficiency and savings in fuel cost. The SS 304 specially perforated grid plate configuration is designed to produce denser, blacker, bloomer teas with excellent liquoring properties. The unique flow control damper system enables to fire the teas at a lower temp. and movement of tea is fully controllable. The three stage drying zone ensures optimal drying od tea. In the high temperature zone, initial drying arrestes the fermentation process along with continuous moisture removal. The dry zone ensures complete removal of moisture at slightly lower temperature. The entire process has a constant drying rate to attain perfect drying of tea. The fermented tea is spread over the perforated bed through a mechanical feeder & spreader. The tea is fluidized by hot air pushed io to the drying chamber through an aerodynamically designed plenum chamber & the mechanical vibrator which moves the teas forward. The heavy duty double crank system provides the oscillatory vibration to the plenum, which is supported by mechanical springs. the tea is dried uniformly & the moist air is discharged in the atmosphere. The cyclone system ensures automatic re-firing of wet tea and fly off. The exhaust air from the last zone is recirculted in to the air heater for improving fuel efficiency.
